Residential Services

Residential Program

The Challenge Center’s Residential Program provides homes, skilled, professional support services, and encouragement to individuals with developmental and /or other long-term health care needs.  CCI residences are licensed by the State of Wisconsin and are located in quiet neighborhoods throughout Superior/Douglas County.  Each setting serves no more than four to six individuals and all residents enjoy private rooms.

Supported Living Services

The Challenge Center’s Supported Living Services is a component of our Residential Program.  These services are designed to assist individuals who are living in their own apartment or family home and are tailored to the individual’s specific goals and needs.

Respite Services

Through the Challenge Center’s Residential Program, services can be arranged for short term, 24 hour  care for adults with long term care needs.
